This website is a gossip blog that is a little different than perezhilton.com. This gossip site is written by anyone who is a registered member and would like to write a blog and edited by Mark Lisanti. This site is constantly updated and comments from others can be made at anytime. At perezhilton.com the editors write the blogs and other people may only comment.
I personally prefer Perez's site because I think it is funnier. I don't think that defamer has authentic pictures because even though they are updated regularly I have seen the pictures before on other sites. Generally, Perez's site has brand new pictures that have not been seen before.
