A local Moscow man dies instantly Tuesday, when he loses control of his vehicle and smashes into a pole on Broad Street.
The next Paragraph would give the name of the Moscow man and give details on how he crashed and died (i.e. he wasn't wearing a seat belt and the road was slick)
